The line about a dollop of butter is my favorite. I prefer a "pad of butter" personally...either way a strategically placed dollop or pad is key.

We have been using this green phactor in smoothies to get our bodies to alkaline. I don't know if I believe the hype because it just doesn't seem natural to be 75% alkaline and 25% acidic. Rice and Grain are such a huge part of the world's diet and definitely comprise more than 25% of a meal. Take a look at this chart to see what I mean.
